Name: Camp Cowpie
Date: June 3, 2019 - June 7, 2019
Looking for a fun, outdoor based program for you child this summer? Camp Cowpie is hosting its 48th Cub Scout Day Camp from June 3rd to June 7th. Many children in our community have attended this excellent camp because of Martha Evans' leadership and commitment to providing outstanding leadership to young boys and girls. This year's theme is Aqua-MOO-ology. We have partnered with local organizations such as the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper, local scuba divers, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers as well as local firefighters and police, to provide a program that is not only fun, but educational! The camp is open to boys and girls entering 2nd through 5th grades. This is a chance for non-scouts to experience what Scouting is all about in a fun, outdoor setting. Not registered in Cub Scouts? We can handle that at registration as well! Camp Cowpie runs June 3-7th from 9am-3pm EST. Campers will have the chance to participate in nature and Scouting activities, games & PE, arts & crafts, archery and marksmanship, and more! Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to be a part of one of the most continuously run Day Camp programs in the area! Camp Cowpie has been serving the youth in the Yellow Jacket District since 1972! To register, visit Chattahoochee-bsa.org today! Registration closes at 5PM EST on May 29th, so don’t wait too long!
