FACES' 2018 Troup County Community Fest

Family and Children’s Educational Services, Inc. (FACES) is a non-profit organization with a 501 ©3 status. The organization was formed to empower youth and adults by providing educational and social services to individuals in Chambers County and Troup County. The purpose is “to establish a sense of community engagement." The scope of this event is to “create a positive change” within communities. Therefore, our theme is highly recognized as “United as One!”
