Supervising Others

This workshop will help supervisors become more efficient and proficient, with information on delegating, managing time, setting goals and expectations (for themselves and others) providing feedback, resolving conflict, and administering discipline. Providing effective, appropriate feed back,and assigning work and delegate appropriately are essential to being a good supervisor. Understand how to manage effectively in particular situations. This workshop is great for new and experienced supervisors.
