Teen & Adult Jazz class

Teen and Adult Jazz with Brenda Jean Hamilton This class is designed for true beginner up to intermediate levels. Jazz is a fun, upbeat dance style inspired by various popular music and movements through the ages and present day. The class will explore many stylized movements and skills while focusing on body alignment, strength, flexibility and confidence in moving. Floor warmups, core conditioning and across the floor combinations will be included for a diverse movement experience.
