DESCRIPTION:In this first workshop of the season\, Herb Garden Curator Helen Phillips will take participants on a walk through the Herb Garden\, where she will teach you about many of the different herbs grown there and explain how they have been re-grouped in more meaningful ways. You will then learn about recipes using the various herbs and will sample dishes Helen has made. Participants will go home with printed copies of the recipes and a head full of knowledge. $45 per person. Pre-registration is required by August 19. No refunds for cancellations after August 20. Workshop fees include supplies and refreshments. Members may register for Fall workshops on August 5. Fall registration for non-members begins August 9. Call (706) 882-3242 or email info@hillsanddales.org to register. Pre-payment is required. Annual members receive a 20% discount unless otherwise noted.
