Registration and parade starting point will be at Calvin Hipp Veterans Memorial Park. The parade will proceed up and down Main Street in historic downtown Hogansville. Prizes for Best Costume and more. Costumes are encouraged\, but totally optional. Lots of people do it\, which adds to the fun\, but lots of people can't or don't want to\, and we want all those people to come too!
