DESCRIPTION:This class is designed for dancers who have had some ballet training and for those that desire a recreational once-a-week class. The class will be structured as a traditional ballet class with barre and center work. (no pointe) This is an excellent option for contemporary and jazz dancers who want to increase their overall technical skills\, alignment\, flexibility\, strength and dance vocabulary. Dancers will focus on major areas of Center practice\, Turns\, Adagio\, Petit Allegro (small intricate jumps) and Grand Allegro (Large jumps\, leaps and across the floor combinations).
