DESCRIPTION:Chris Edmonds got his start in LaGrange\, Georgia back in the 70's. He was an iconic Atlanta figure who founded and was the lead singer/songwriter for The Swinging Richards back in the 1980's and early 90's. They were known for their songs\, live performances and out of control life style. They had regional hits\, national exposure with their videos\, and appearances with some of the biggest names in Rock. Their live shows were always the place to be. After The Swinging Richards\, disband Edmonds formed Caesar Speaks. With a week of rehearsals and a dozen or so of new Edmonds compositions\, they won a battle of the bands\, landed an appearance and a couple of songs in a not-so-good movie called "Fast Food\," and started touring the southeast. Edmonds' songs were being recognized and recorded by other artists and were included on several radio compilation albums. Later\, he would appear solo or with his own groups\, playing shows from South by Southwest to the Bluebird Caf . He continued to write and record. After a recent three-year stay in Nashville\, he has returned home to record and release his first solo album\, "Blue Flower Moon."
