Whether you've taken ballet in the past or always wanted to give it a try\, this class is structured as a traditional ballet class with barre and center work. Barre work will include stretching and core conditioning with attention to specific body alignment. Dancers will explore in center various skills including Turns\, Adagio\, Petit Allegro (small intricate jumps) and Grand Allegro (Large jumps\, leaps and across the floor combinations)
