The Hidden Workforce - What's Keeping People on the Sidelines and How Troup County is Responding

Join us for our summer State of the Community luncheon presented by Auto Gallery Chevrolet GMC and sponsored by Houze & Associates. 

Employers across Troup County are facing workforce challenges, but many of the barriers keeping people from entering or staying in the workforce happen long before they walk through an employer's door.

Join us for a candid conversation with community leaders who are working every day to address food insecurity, housing instability, economic mobility and family support. Learn how these challenges impact our workforce, our economy, and what businesses can do to be part of the solution. Our panel will feature local nonprofit leaders who are on the front lines of these critical issues.

We will meet at the Chamber on Monday, August 17, at 11:30 a.m. for lunch. The program will begin at noon. We look forward to seeing you there!
