Chattahoochee Valley River Revival
In 2016, we brought our annual River Revival event to the Chattahoochee Valley — where the river forms the border between Georgia and Alabama. Over 80 paddlers and 250 guests turned out for a great paddle trip and celebration of the Chattahoochee River. In keeping with the spirit of the event and the growth of CRK’s presence in the Middle Chattahoochee region, we’ll be at it again in May 2017 with the 2nd Chattahoochee Valley River Revival! A 3-mile, family-friendly, paddle trip begins below West Point Dam at Hardley Creek Park and ends at the City of West Point River Park. 5pm paddle kickoff. After the paddle…a free & open to the public Chattahoochee celebration with music, food and short films shown on a screen overlooking the banks of the Chattahoochee! If you are interested in participating in the event, please contact Henry Jacobs at hjacobs@chattahoochee.org or 706-882-3701 for more information about vendor and sponsorship opportunities.
