The Hogansville Regional Arts Association and Hogansville Public Library are celebrating Black History Month with a film screening of "Akeelah and the Bee," a film drama about an an 11-year-old girl who participates in the Scripps National Spelling Bee, and Black-owned business and artist showcase on Friday, February 11th at 6 PM. Admission is FREE and open to all community members. The HRAA will be accepting donations to fund future projects.
