The First United Methodist Church of LaGrange to Host Annual Community Trunk or Treat

LaGrange, GA — The First United Methodist Church of LaGrange, Georgia, invites families and community members to join in a spooktacular afternoon of fun at the annual Community Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 26, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Held in the church parking lot at 405 Vernon Street, this family-friendly event offers a safe, exciting environment for kids and adults alike to celebrate the season together.

What is Trunk or Treat?
The LaGrange First United Methodist Church Community Trunk or Treat is a popular Halloween tradition that brings together decorated vehicles with their trunks full of candy and festive scenes for children to enjoy. Local volunteers and church members will transform their car trunks into creative displays—some spooky, all sweet—offering a one-stop trick-or-treating experience.

Highlights of the event include:

• Creative Costumes & Decor: Families can marvel at the themed trunks and enjoy a variety of costumed participants.
• Safe & Family-Friendly Environment: The event is designed for children of all ages, from toddlers to teens, in a supervised, welcoming setting.
• Fun Activities: Beyond trick-or-treating, there will be a train ride, cake walk, fire truck, photo opportunities, and surprises to keep everyone entertained.
