Behind the Scenes of Hills & Dales

Join resident Callaway historian Sondra Bowie to hear about why an unpretentious gentleman commissioned the building of such a spectacular house. Attendees will examine a copy of the original blueprints, learn about Mr. Callaway’s detailed involvement in the construction, and experience a guided tour including behind-the-scenes places not featured in a regular house tour. $30 per person, $24 per person for members. Maximum of 12 people. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required by May 20. No refunds for cancellations after May 21. Members may register for Spring workshops upon receipt of the Spring 2024 Portico newsletter. Spring registration for non-members begins January 11. Workshop fees include supplies and refreshments.
